Welcoming a new baby into the world is a momentous occasion, filled with joy, love, and the start of a beautiful new chapter. As a Tampa newborn photographer, capturing Baby Avery Rose’s newborn session was a celebration of this special time, capturing the delicate beauty of new life and the blossoming bond of a growing family. It was even more special as Melissa and Chris were referred by a wonderful past client, Arias—a testament to the connections I build with the families I photograph.
The session took place in my natural light Wesley Chapel studio, creating a soft and serene atmosphere perfect for capturing those precious newborn moments.
Mom, Melissa, envisioned a palette of neutrals, pinks, and purples (with a preference for mauve-ish tones), and wanted to prioritize family memories, especially sibling photos. As a Tampa newborn photographer, I incorporated these colors and desires seamlessly into the session, using soft textures, delicate florals, and subtle pops of color to create a dreamy and cohesive look.
Big sister Olivia Grace, a sweet girl with a personality that ranges from shy to outgoing depending on the setting, was a delightful part of the session.
Knowing her love for unicorns, Disney princesses (especially Cinderella), My Little Pony, jewelry, and all things “fancy,” I wanted to ensure she felt comfortable and engaged. She embraced her role as a big sister beautifully, showering baby Avery Rose with gentle touches and loving gazes.
Both Melissa and Olivia looked stunning in gowns borrowed from my client closet. Melissa chose a flowing, neutral gown that perfectly complemented the soft color palette, while Olivia picked an adorable golden, flowy ruffle dress that made her feel every bit the princess. This complimentary service helps create a cohesive and effortless look for family portraits, ensuring everyone feels their best for photos with their Tampa newborn photographer.
Baby Avery Rose was an absolute dream, sleeping peacefully through much of the session.
