There’s a special kind of magic that fills the air during a newborn photography session. The tiny coos, the delicate features, the sense of overwhelming love – it’s enough to melt even the coldest of hearts. But sometimes, our little bundles of joy have different plans! This is exactly what happened with Jett, a gorgeous, wide-eyed newborn who wasn’t quite ready to drift off to dreamland during his session.
Jett, the youngest of four, stole the show with his chunky cheeks and bright eyes. While some newborns love to curl up and snooze for the camera, Jett was wide awake and full of personality. This, however, didn’t faze me in the slightest! In fact, it made for a truly unique and special session that captured Jett’s alert and curious nature. He looked even more adorable in a bunny ear hat, preparing for Easter!
As a Wesley Chapel and Tampa-based newborn photographer, I’m always touched by the bond between siblings. Jett’s arrival was clearly a cause for celebration in his family. Throughout the session, his three older siblings couldn’t keep their eyes off him. Their gentle touches, curious gazes, and whispered conversations – it was a beautiful illustration of the instant love that forms within a family.
Even though Jett wasn’t in a particularly sleepy mood, we were still able to capture a stunning collection of photographs. We used soft blankets, classic backdrops, and natural light to create timeless portraits that showcase Jett’s perfect features and his undeniable charm.
